(More customer reviews)I bought the skillet during 4th of July holiday. It was good in the first few days. After 2 weeks, the surface got some straches although I had been using wood spoon when stiring. It looks not as hard as the introduction says. I guess the surface cannot endure stiring too much and heat at the same time. I have to look for an alternative.
