Actually if Shopper would call us, I'm C/S at CucinaPro, we would work it out and make them happy.
We moved in January, but the website should have our new phone number on it - 216-351-3002.Today's Concept would of also given Shopper our phone number.They're pretty easy to work with also.
I have enough faith in this skillet that I gave it to my sister-in-law, which could be a world of trouble if it was a bad product.
