(More customer reviews)I wanted to get away from Teflon because some people in my household mess up the surface very quickly. Wanted to try a Porcelain skillet--on the inside. This one has Porcelain on the outside and Teflon on the inside.
It might be a great skillet, but I didn't want Teflon.
