(More customer reviews)This is my second Calphalon nonstick skillet.I have an older omelet skillet w/o the lid, but I rarely use it because it is not deep enough for items such as fish and stir-fry stuff.I don't want a stir-fry wok.I purchased this chef's skillet mainly because of its size, weight, nonstick surface, and lid.My fish turns out great using this skillet! The skillet is just right for me since I don't need to cook in large quantity.
Of course, the skillet is very easy to clean. This should be my last skillet - I've got another set of skillets from Calphalon stainless steel. I think the price for chef's skillet is a bit too high (compare this to the nonstick 13" deep skillet), but I am glad I made the purchase.Got from Macy's on sale and free shipping!
