(More customer reviews)I'm glad I bought this flatbread maker.My family enjoys the tortillas and other wraps that I make.The flatbreads come out beautifully shaped, and they release easily from the press with a flick of the wrist.The tortillas and the wraps made from refrigerated biscuit dough (the kind that comes in a can) were especially good.I was a little disappointed with the pitas, since they were tough and didn't brown very well on the top griddle.I was happier with the results when I browned the pitas on my stovetop griddle.My guess is that the griddle on the flatbread maker just doesn't get hot enough.
