(More customer reviews)The skillet is great for the first 6 months, but then the non-stick coating wears off and the eggs REALLY stick to the pan.I called for a warranty replacement.All customer service for WolfGang Puck is handled by a 3rd party call center.They do not care if you ever by from WolfGang Puck again.They lost all record of the call where they promised me a replacement.Then the replacement they DID send me was for a stainless steel pan which was not non-stick.The CS rep told me that ALL non-stick pans would be replaced with stainless steel (i.e. cheaper) no matter what.KNOW that when you buy this product that they will NOT send you an exact replacement.I argued with him and told them that there is no mention of this in the warranty and that they needed to send me a refund if they can't replace the same product.THEN he finally came back and told me they would replace it with the skillet I have.Customer service is terrible!
