(More customer reviews)I love this pan.It heats up absolutely evenly, and has a very predictable heating and cooling rate.The non-stick surface is superb.However, I carefully maintain my equipment. I use only silicone coated tools, I wash only by hand, never overheat while empty, and cook only on a gas stove.
