On very low heat add 1 tbs butter. Gently slide egg to cover bottom of skillet. Down center sprinkle 1 tsp minced herbs and 2 tsp fine grated cheese. When the surface of the omelet has subtle liquidity, fold its edges to center. Slide onto plate.
