(More customer reviews)I am very supportive of these new "green" pans, however the performance of these pans is not equal to the best traditional nonstick pans.The release on the surface needs more oil than my older nonstick pans, though not as much as a traditional surface.The heat distribution of these pans is nice and even, and the balance and weight is nice.The screw for the handle has come loose twice since I bought it.
