What was surprising was the low manufacturing quality - not up to par even for the less expensive Chinese goods.The rivets were loose, so the handle wobbles - stays attached but I get a fright every time I move the pan on the stove. Non-stick surface not evenly applied. Marks on the bottom and a few scratches on the sides. Obviously unused, but certainly not well made. No, I can't recommend buying this product. I have other pans of much better quality for which I paid the same or less. If I hadn't been distracted when I first used the pan I would have returned it immediately for a refund - of course one is out of pocket for the shipping charges in any case.
