Was sent second shipment to correct discrepancy and Customer service rep. concurring with me that item is advertised as " with covers included". Reported discrepancy again and was now informed my misfortune is due to I receive shipments from the same" defective batch". Please review consult sale rep. prior to purchasing. Call center overseas and therefore in a haste. Poor service.
