(More customer reviews)I have been using the 10" frying pan for two weeks and here are my impressions so far:
- Very tough material: I washed it in the dishwasher, used metal objects to scrape burned bits and there has not been any pitting or scratching;
- Good heat distribution: It does not seem to have any hot spots;
- It does not retain any flavors and it can be used for fish and meat, for example.
Conclusion: It is more expensive than plain cast iron, but it might worth the price if you don't want to bother with seasoning, special cleaning and drying.
