Eggs stuck like crazy the first time I tried very disappointed did some research on the internet about cooking eggs I decided to try the following..... 1. warmed the eggs to near room temp by placing in warm water for 10 minutes 2. coated the pan with a little olive oilapprox 1 TB3. Preheated pan on medium to medium high(7 out of 10 on my ceramic cooktop stove) for approx. 2 min 30 secPan surface temp 200 degrees4. added 1 Tb butter and coated pan then added eggs cooked approx 4 minto perfection....... eggs did not sticksurface of pan remained very slippery......
Amazing difference cooking the eggs this way.... I have an infrared thermometer to test the surface temp of the pan which I highly recommend..... I'm not sure if warming the eggs is essential for nonsticking, or exactly how hot the pan should be but since I've used this method several times with absolutely no sticking I'll continue this way
The pan is beautiful and appears very well made..... I'm hoping it will last many yearstime will tell
