(More customer reviews)These pans heat evenly, the silicon/metal handles are very comfortable, and they look great. The non-stick finish appears to be very durable although I've only owned them a few months so time will tell. I don't put mine in the dishwasher because they clean up very easily in the sink with a sponge and I like them so much that I want them to last forever.Hands down the best pans I've ever owned (or used) although admittedly I'm just a casual cook.
