(More customer reviews)I absolutely love this pan. I use it on my regular stove's larger burner and it fits nicely. You can really load up this pan. I fry steaks in it and I get a really nice hot sear. It fits 3 average size rib eye's nicely with room for onions. This All-Clad line works nicely with an induction burner as well. Although it's not an every day pan, i love to use it when applicable and it's also a really nice presenation piece.
