(More customer reviews)For his 16th birthday, my son asked me if we could serve paella at his birthday party to his friends.
I said yes, except for one thing, the list of guests between friends and family went up to about 24 people, and I only have a paella pan which only serves 10. One paella pan was not going to do the job for this birthday dinner. So I scramble online in search of an additional pan to be able to make enough paella for everyone. This new paella pan I bought is much better that the one I've had for years, and it did the job wonderfully. The paella cooked well and displayed beautifully. The pan size is just perfect to serve 12 people or more, you can cook about 4 to 5 cups of rice easily, along with all your vegetables, party size chicken drumsticks, pork, shrimp and mussels. It all fits great! Everyone enjoyed dinner and I was a happy camper. :-)
I highly recommend this product.

(More customer reviews)I received a few all clad products (the paella pan, sauce pan, and a fry pan) for graduation and they are excellent.Despite not being teflon, food doesn't seem to stick and clean up is easy.The handles don't get hot even though they're metal too (they do get a little warmish, so be careful just in case).I'm not sure if I'm supposed to or not, but I put them in the dishwasher and haven't had any problems.This specific pan is great for items like pasta w/ cheese and veggies.I love that it has a cover.The only drawback is the price.

All-Clad Stainless Large Paella Review

(More customer reviews)I absolutely love this pan. I use it on my regular stove's larger burner and it fits nicely. You can really load up this pan. I fry steaks in it and I get a really nice hot sear. It fits 3 average size rib eye's nicely with room for onions. This All-Clad line works nicely with an induction burner as well. Although it's not an every day pan, i love to use it when applicable and it's also a really nice presenation piece.
