(More customer reviews)This is a fantastic pan. There is no hot spots, food browns evenly and beautifully. I find that it heats up faster than my other pans and I use lower heat than I need with other pans. I have bought many other non-stick cookware from Scanpan and I love them all. The food I cook on Scanpan always turns out better than when I use my other pans.
