(More customer reviews)I love the size of this pan but it simply will not heat! I cooked pancakes in it and they would not brown. I deep fat fried okra and it took 45 min. on high till they browned and were so tough they were difficult to chew. Almost burned my stove up. I never cook anything on high heat! Tried to fry bacon in it. Wouldn't do anything. I switched pans and it immediately started sizzling. I do not recommend this pan!
