(More customer reviews)I love the size of this pan but it simply will not heat! I cooked pancakes in it and they would not brown. I deep fat fried okra and it took 45 min. on high till they browned and were so tough they were difficult to chew. Almost burned my stove up. I never cook anything on high heat! Tried to fry bacon in it. Wouldn't do anything. I switched pans and it immediately started sizzling. I do not recommend this pan!

(More customer reviews)This is by far the best pan I own. It is an amazing size, you can cook anything in it and not have to worry about spilling over. Also I was afraid that because it is so large and I have a rather small stove (because I live in an apt) that it would not cook evenly. But I was way wrong! Even on the undersized burners this pan cooks everything evenly. And clean up could not be any easier. I would recommend this pan to anyone looking for a quality piece at a wonderful price.

(More customer reviews)I actually bought this solely for the handles, not for camping, but for household use.Risky...but worth a try in the 4 for 3 bargain. It cooks excellent, doesn't give off that "non-stick" stink, works nicely on glass top stove, sits nice and flat, good quality with a medium weight, not super heavy but not anywhere close to thin or flimsy, and the absolute greatest part of all.............THE HANDLES FOLD UP!!!!!I want all my pots and pans with these handles, made for household use!!!!!

One complaint - the handle have no latch to hold them together.It would be nice it there was a little metal hook or latch or something so when you are cooking, they can't fold back against the hot pan.It didn't happen but I had to be careful when I was working with the food in the pan to make sure each time I stopped that I left the handles in the perfect OUT position.

BUT AGAIN.....PLEASE MAKE MORE, IN EVERY SHAPE AND SIZE, EVERY KIND OF POT AND PAN NEEDED FOR A COMPLETE KITCHEN SET! WHAT A TERRIFIC INVENTION!WHAT A SPACE SAVER!more more morePLEASE!!!!!

(More customer reviews)I'll start by saying that until this point, I was a big T-Fal fan.
I ordered my set of 2 pans in November 07. When I got them, they did not look like the picture on Amazon. I contacted T-Fal about this and they said the picture does not always look like the product.
OK - I was fine with that. I didn't get the Thermo-Spot thing, but that's ok. Next thing I noticed is that the handles on both pans started to feel loose. I contacted the company about it. They said this sometimes happens but not to worry.
Finally, I was rinsing out one of the pans the other day and the handle completely fell off. This is ridiculous! That could have been very dangerous. I tried getting in touch with T-Fal and no luck so far. I will keep trying.
Don't buy these pans!

(More customer reviews)I ususally love Farberware products, but this one is a low grade level stuff from them. The handle is terriblely designed. very slippery, and gets hot. If your hand is wet or oily, you are in a big danger.
Caution, dont use it for cooking a lot of food, and dont use it for liquid because if you put a lot of water, you won't able to control the balance.

(More customer reviews)Seriously, these are the best LARGE non-stick pans. The red dot lets you know when it is hot enough to cook. Remember, overheating makes any non-stick pan lose the non-stick quality, use the dot! The extra handle is needed because these are family size, but with it they are easy to lift. I just bought three more, the one I found in my local store three years ago finally got overheated (my wife) cooking sausages. Why three? I am afraid they will stop making them in a couple of years when I ruin the next one.
