(More customer reviews)This is an awesome Aebleskiver pan.Very solid, and non-stick starting with the very first batch.The pan distributes heat very evenly, resulting in perfectly round golden balls which are delicious - I used some of the recipes which came with the pan, and added various fillings in the middle (chocolate chips, finely chopped apples, Japanese red bean paste...etc).Great value for a pan which will last forever.

We ordered this pan thinking it would be a nice addition to our cast iron set but were very disappointed in the quality.Even the word skillet was misspelled on the bottom of this "Commemorative" skillet (skllet).After cooking and eating food prepared in this pan, we were left with an unpleasant metallic after taste. We would strongly advise buying USA made cast iron pans.

(More customer reviews)This pan is pretty good for the sale price that I paid, but they are not as good as Lodge pans. This pan is made in China vs. US, and it is inferior in quality.The edges are rougher and not as "polished" of a product as Lodge.If you are looking for aesthetics, I would recommend Lodge over this pan, but if price is important, I would recommend this pan.It produces the same product in the end.
