(More customer reviews)This pan really does what it says.It heats quickly and evenly (no hot spots) and the finish is probably indestructible.I've had one for over a year and frequent use has yet to produce a crack or a chip in the finish.Clean-up is a snap because nothing sticks, and I can grab the handle without needing a pot-holder.I'm ordering more for me and for our kids.
