Paula Deen Cookware Sets Review

I bought this set to replace our 13 year old set and have no issues with them so far. Maybe it was my old set but water seems to boil alot quicker with these which is always a help. The main feature that drew us to this set is rubber handles.Alot of the newer stuff has metal handles or mostly metal with a little rubber. We wanted something that we do not need to use a pot holder to move the pots without burning ourselves.

Be sure to read the care instructions; can't not be placed in dishwasher, do not use cooking spray, do not use metal utensils etc...)Not an issue for us but some may be put off by this.

They're essential for some of my favorite recipes, like sweet and savory pies, quick breads and meatloaf, and of course, casseroles galore.I like how they look and feel just like hand-thrown pottery, and the raised swirl pattern makes my heart sing! This new cookware by Paula Deen is fabulous!Nothing sticks to it on the inside or outside. It cleans up fast and easy.Stays looking beautiful.Last year, I purchased the Rachel Ray orange cookware set.It sucked!Everything stuck to the outside of the pans. You couldn't even scrub them clean, because even non-abrasive scrubbers would scratch the paint. They looked 10 years old after 2 months. It was ridiculous.I'm so much happier with my new Paula Deen orange cookware set.Fabulous and beautiful!

Paula Deen 12 Inch Stainless Steel Skillet Review

Paula Deen 12 Inch Stainless Steel Skillet

I had a different (non stick Revere 12" skillet) with a lid.I babied it and the surface still fell apart!:(After looking for another one (to go with the lid I already had)...I could NOT find one.I especially couldn't find a skillet without the non stick surface. So, I had to buy one by mail-order instead>< This skillet is more rounded than the Revere ware, so the lid does not fit snuggly. But, it does all right.I really like this skillet for its stainless steel surface...none of this non stick stuff that never lasts><

Paula Deen Porcelain 9 Inch and 11 Inch Skillet Twin Packs Review

Paula Deen Porcelain 9 Inch and 11 Inch Skillet Twin Packs

I bought these ... they looked good in the store... but when it came to their use, the small pan's handle is heavier than the pan itself and does not sit level on the burner unless there's heavy food in it which makes for uneven heating. Both fry pans seem to be an odd size. None of my lids from other pans fit them, not even close. Based on this I will not buy another Paula Deen product. I would like to know who makes them and get contact info so I can express this to the company.

Pouring through antique shops with my Aunt Peggy is one of my most cherished memories. This line was inspired by the many treasures she and I found on our adventures. My wish is that they are as fun to collect for you as they were for me.
