(More customer reviews)We've been on the Southbeach diet for a few months and I've been using this pan to cook omelettes for breakfast--I think it's the perfect little fry pan!Just the right size for a 2-3 egg omelette.Heavy, so it heats evenly.The handle is easy to grip, especially with the thumb indent.The rolled edge make sliding an omelette onto your plate and flipping it in half a no-brainer.And of course, the non-stick surface wipes out perfectly.I love it so much that I take it on vacation with me!

(More customer reviews)This new cookware by Paula Deen is fabulous!Nothing sticks to it on the inside or outside.It cleans up fast and easy.Stays looking beautiful.Last year, I purchased the Rachel Ray orange cookware set.It sucked!Everything stuck to the outside of the pans.You couldn't even scrub them clean, because even non-abrasive scrubbers would scratch the paint.They looked 10 years old after 2 months.It was ridiculous.I'm so much happier with my new Paula Deen orange cookware set.Fabulous and beautiful!

Greenpan 11-Inch Thermolon Non-stick Skillet Review

(More customer reviews)I am so sorry this pan didn't work out.I used both the large and small skillet for a few months and then everything started sticking to them.I took back the larger one after this happened and got a brand new one, which everything started sticking to again after very little use.I cook with olive oil, no PAM, and have never used it on high heat.It is super hard now to clean.Scrambled eggs completely coat it and it takes a lot of work to clean them off.

(More customer reviews)An excellent all-purpose fry pan and a good value for the price.Comfortable to handle, and a nice weight without being too heavy to handle easily.T-Fal fry pans sold in the "big-box" stores don't seem to have the same sturdy "feel" as this one. Not sure if a professional restaurant chef would use it - but for home use I would recommend it without hesitation. The rim of the pan is not non-stick, so every once in a while some food might stick to the rim.Minor inconvenience.

All Clad, the parent company of the Emeril line, confirmed that the bonus sets (like 8 and 12 inch pans--ASIN B00284B9QK, model E920S264) are of lesser quality with standard handles.Promotional offers are decidedly not of the same quality as the regular line.

Another promotional offer of theirs is the 10-piece set (ASIN B00284B9KQ, model E920SA64).All Clad confirmed that the quality of this set is inferior to the hollow-core handles offered on the more expensive individual pans sold.

Since all items have the same title and product description, there isn't a way for Amazon.com to see the difference.

Buyer beware; when you purchase a set or pair at a seeming bargain price, it's because you're buying inferior quality.If you seek the hollow core handles good for gripping, spend the extra on the individual pot or pan.Leave the sets alone.

I will be expanding my collection soon I hope. For the first 2 weeks this pan was literally always on the stove. You can cook anything in it and clean up is awesome. The press helps cook meats faster than I've ever seen! Bacon goes from the fridge to crisp in literally 2 minutes! It makes awesome scambled eggs too. I cannot say enough good things about it. You have to try it to believe it!

Farberware Millennium Soft Touch 10-Inch Nonstick Skillet Review

(More customer reviews)I bought this skillet for use with my induction burner (and it works well with that) but the nonstick coating is so much better than expected, I've ended up using it on my standard electric stove as well.

I'm an All-Clad user and have their nonstick skillet, but after a short time stuff sticks, coating or not.With this pan, after two years of pretty constant use, everything still slides out perfectly as though it were brand new.I'm not a gentle cook and have managed to scratch it a little.It doesn't matter; it is still perfectly nonstick.That makes clean up so easy I rarely bother to put it in the dishwasher.A quick swish with a soapy sponge and it's clean.

On the down side, it's almost impossible to keep the outside bottom of the pan shiny because of the ridged pattern so I can't hang it for display, but that's a small price to pay for omelets that slide out easily or grill cheeses that brown beautifully (even the cheese doesn't stick).

I have the 8-inch version too, which I use often for single servings and crepes.If I'm trying for a nice sauté, I usually use a regular non-coated pan, but this does work for that.It just takes a little longer.

Since I often use it on my regular stove, the temperature can get pretty high and I have been known to burn things--but they still slide out and clean up is easy.If this pan ever gives out, I'll buy another.I'm really sold on it for nonstick cooking.

(More customer reviews)I've only had these pans for a few weeks, but I'm quite satisfied with them so far.

My use is mainly for eggs and other sticky foods that I find can present problems for otherwise high quality cookware - it seems that durable non-stick surfaces are relatively high technology, whereas all other aspects of top cookware involves quality hand manufacture of relatively low-tech construction.

Anyway, these Circulon pans are medium weight - not quite as thick and heavy as the aforementioned super-premium makes, but heavier than cheapo junk.

And, the non-stick surface is top-notch.Evidently, the grooved surface does indeed work - eggs and other foods hardly stick at all - less than any other new pan I've used.Cleanup is quite easy as a result.

Hopefully, the durability will be as good as claimed by Circulon - but so far, everything about the pans would lead me to believe their claims.

PSThe description here is inaccurate in one aspect - this package does not include any covers for the pans.But for frypan uses, you would probably want a splatter shield rather than a cover anyway.
