(More customer reviews)This is my "go to" pot.The right size for most things.Even heat and easy to keep clean.Only problem it won't fit in my pots and pan drawer under the oven so I have to keep it in the oven.Not the worse thing.If I needed another one I would get this size again.

Rachael Ray 8-Inch Commercial Skillet, Removable Orange Handle Review

(More customer reviews)I have a number of Rachel Ray stuff but the last two purchases were disappointing.The handle on this skillet is long and heavy making it tip over unless there is something in the skillet.I finally slid the orange cover off and used a hack saw to remove an inch or two from the handle.Not a great solution but at least it will sit flat now.

(More customer reviews)I have always wanted to try this cookware but truthfully have been too cheap! I finally got this particular pan and am in love with it! I will be expanding my collection soon I hope. For the first 2 weeks this pan was literally always on the stove. You can cook anything in it and clean up is awesome. The press helps cook meats faster than I've ever seen! Bacon goes from the fridge to crisp in literally 2 minutes! It makes awesome scambled eggs too. I cannot say enough good things about it. You have to try it to believe it!

To craft a perfectly golden, gooey grilled sandwich, i.e. a "Sammie," Rachael Ray conceived this pairing of a rectangular skillet and a matching cast-iron flat press. The 11-by-9-inch skillet's rectangular body suits the angular form of many sandwiches, while the press fits neatly inside the skillet's perimeter to apply weight to each sandwich to hasten the melting and cooking process. Manufactured in hard-anodized aluminum, the skillet distributes even heat and deflects dents, corrosion, and other wear and tear. A nonstick treatment coats the interior for greater ease while cooking and cleaning the skillet. To remove from the burner, the securely riveted handle benefits from an orange silicone rubber sleeve to give the user a secure and comfortable grip. The silicone sleeve also can sustain oven temperatures up to 350 degrees F. A pre-installed hanging hole at the skillet handle's end expands the skillet's storage possibilities. With cast-iron construction, the flat press obtains its necessary heft for well-pressed sandwiches. A sturdy loop handle in the center of the press assists in press application and removal. (More customer reviews)I love this little frypan.It is nonstick, heavy, and the silicon handle does not heat up.Eggs cook well in it, and cleanup is easy.You will need to use tools that are made for cleaning a teflon coating. I love look of the color orange on my stainless stove. I'm going to get the next bigger size, too.
